About Us
Principle Based Learning Services objective is to help people develop positive learning skills to become better stewards for employers. We are confident opportunities will come and preparation is the key. PBLS offers career and life skills training for developing, understanding and applying values essential to the work place.
Principle Based Learning Services core values help people enhance their self-esteem and self-confidence. Life skills training focuses on people’s
social and emotional development which is in greater demand since
the pandemic.
PBLS meets people where they are and helps them to get to where they want and need to be instead of forcing them to be something they are not. Principle Based Learning Services helps bridge the gap by connecting individuals to the help they need, while also developing programs to
benefit the community.
Our approach is to “believe in people” and to trust those closest to the problem, and empower them to transform their lives while breaking
down barriers.

What is Principle Based Learning?
A concept to define a person or an organization as who they are:
⦁ Integrity
⦁ Stewardship & Compliance
⦁ Humility
⦁ Respect
⦁ Knowledge
⦁ Self-Actualization
⦁ Transformation
⦁ Principled Entrepreneurship
PBLS explores in depth each of our eight core principles which
are the foundation for self-actualization
Why Principle Based Learning?
Research has shown that the number one predictor for future success in the workplace is early exposure to work experience. Principle Based Learning Services help people gain a comparative advantage when seeking employment. We teach healthy life skills for the work place and at home. PBLS brings an in-depth knowledge of working in industry as an operator, trainer and educator.
What has changed?
As we reach the three-year mark of the pandemic-induced school shutdowns, academic normalcy remains out of reach for many people. Schools and community education programs face severe
staff shortages for mentoring and guidance counseling. Young people were left unemployed by
the pandemic in far greater numbers than adults, with the effects being felt worse in lower income communities. The separation between those with adequate financial means and those without continues to grow.
The need for mentoring black males are exploding in our communities and across the nation. The numbers are alarming and potentially demoralizing. We must act now to connect our youth to training opportunities to ensure they succeed and break this trend.
Schools and community education programs are currently making important decisions about which interventions and strategies to implement to mitigate disproportionately affecting people in low income communities. PBLS bridges this gap.
